As part of a series of activities and events to celebrate the 20th anniversary of VTD’s establishment (April 17, 2003 – April 17, 2023), on March 11, 2023, VTD people had a trip to Cuc National Park. Phuong, plant trees, energize the old forest.
This is a meaningful and traditional activity, carried out annually by VTD people, in order to join hands with society, contribute to environmental protection, highlight the importance of trees for the living environment of people, help minimize the impacts of climate change, etc.
The 3-4 year old needles have been carefully cultivated by VTD people with faith and hope for a peaceful, bright and fresh life.
Climate change is one of the biggest global challenges. The protection and restoration of forests plays a special role in the solution to combat climate change, and tree planting is one of the most effective solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reducing CO2 generated from daily human activities.
Therefore, planting trees to cause forests is to protect the green lungs of the earth, also to protect the lives of all of us!
