In particular, VTD has just celebrated its 20th anniversary (2003 – 2023) officially entered a new development cycle, requiring personnel to improve their capacity, qualifications and skills to meet the requirements of production and business activities.
Since the beginning of 2023, VTD has organized many training courses for personnel at companies and member units under VTD Corporation. In particular, in addition to training courses to improve governance, management, and process system dissemination, etc., internal training courses mostly focus on updating information, helping employees to add more knowledge. about new product lines with new techniques and solutions, equipping employees with soft skill sets such as connecting, finding customers, building relationships and taking care of customers, negotiation skills, technical skills. management skills, sales management, or how to apply technology in sales, record handling skills for public projects, etc.
Through the courses, VTD’s staffs have access to information about new products, technology and solutions, improve equipment operation capacity, and are equipped with necessary skills to ensure effective work. work and increase labor productivity. At the same time, it helps to reduce waste and errors, promote innovation, and bring quality products and services to customers, thereby contributing to enhancing VTD’s brand reputation in the market.
This training activity creates conditions for the company to apply new technical advances to its operational processes, in order to enhance its competitive advantage in the market, and at the same time to meet the learning needs of employees, help employees improve their knowledge, establish new creative thinking at work,help staffs master the main tasks and perform the work voluntarily, improve the working attitude to adapt to the job requirements in the future. In addition, these training courses are also useful tools to promote working spirit, create a cohesive relationship between employees and the company, helping VTD to make optimal and more effective use of the existing workforce.
The goals of VTD set out in the human resource development roadmap for 2023 in particular and the vision for 2023 – 2025 in general are: Determine the importance of the Company’s human resource work in the current period in parallel with the company’s human resource activities. activities of training and fostering diverse, versatile, high-quality, highly qualified human resources with skills and ability to adapt to changes in job requirements.
